What we keep for a connected account
- The access keys the platform gave us, stored encrypted.
- Your account id on that platform, your name and the link to your profile picture.
- For a Facebook Page or Instagram account: the Page or account id.
- A record of each post we published for you: the text, the platform, the link to the post and any error.
Disconnect one account
- Sign in at staging-ai.espadland.com and open Settings.
- Under "Connected accounts", press Disconnect next to the account.
Its access keys are deleted right away, and we can no longer post to that account. Posts already published stay on the platform; delete them there if you want.
Remove access on the platform
You can also remove ESPADLAND AI in the platform's own settings (apps and websites, or connected apps). The keys we hold stop working at once, and we delete them the next time we notice.
Delete everything
In Settings, "Delete account" deletes your account with all connected accounts, their keys, the record of your posts, and the pictures made for them, together with your products and drafts. This cannot be undone.
Ask us
If you cannot sign in, email espadcoin@gmail.com from the address of your account and we delete your data within 30 days.
